The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) was awarded on Monday, July 18 by the Commission on Audit (COA) with an “unmodified opinion” for its financial records.
COA has awarded the university for the fourth straight year of the best audit rating that is awarded by the state auditors to the government institutions who have submitted their financial reports.
PLM President Emmanuel Leyco expressed his honor and his plan to continue providing clean and transparent operations of the University.
“This again affirms the commitment of PLM and of the City Government of Manila to embody good governance and maintain the high quality of education we offer to students,” Pres. Leyco said.
“We also thank PLM executives, faculty, and staff for doing their part in ensuring proper financial recordkeeping and disbursements,” he added.
