How to Register Online

 

 

How to apply for New and Renewal of Business Tax (BTAX) / Permit online


 STEP 1: 

  • Sign up and Log on to your GoManila Application. 

STEP 2: 

  • Click on E-Government, choose Business Permit Applications. 

STEP 3: 

  • Choose New or Renewal then proceed. Download Unified Application Form (UAF). 

STEP 4: 

  • Duly filled up, signed and scan Unified Application Form (UAF). 

New Requirement: 

For NEW Business – UAF, DTI/SEC, Contract of Lease (if not owned) 

For RENEWAL – UAF and any proof of Annual Gross Receipt (I.T.R., Audited Financial Statement, Sworn Declaration of Gross Sales). 

NOTE: Barangay Business Clearance, Location Clearance, Sanitary Permit,Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC), and Tax Declaration (if owned) are
included in the eSOA, eOR and eBusiness Permit. 

STEP 5: 

  • Enter Owner’s Name at the Taxpayer’s Information, Enter Business Name, Capital for NEW, BIN and Gross for RENEWAL then Valid ID. 

STEP 6: 

  • For NEW – Upload UAF, DTI or SEC and Contract of Lease if not owned. 

STEP 7: 

  • For RENEWAL – Upload UAF, and proof of any Annual Gross Receipt (ITR, AFS, SDoGs). 

STEP 8: 

  • Pin location of establishment then Submit. 
  • Wait for SMS confirmation of Approval/Disapproval. 

STEP 9: 

  • Receives SMS confirmation of Approval/Disapproval from Go Manila. 

STEP 10: 

  • Go to your transaction to view or download Esoa. 

STEP 11: 

  • Click Pay Now, choose desired payment option and save Reference no. 

STEP 12: 

  • Receive SMS confirmation of payment. 

STEP 13: 

  • Verify transaction in your account to view/download eOR, eBusiness and eRegulatory Permits/Clearances such as Barangay, Locational, Sanitary and FSIC. 

STEP 14: 

  • Wait for the delivery of hard copies of all business permit official documents to your mailing address.
