We are a family of Kusineras and our recipe was deeply rooted from our great grandmother “Apo Rosa”. Her legacy continues to thrive because of the recipe handed down from generation to the next. Chef Antonio “Tony” Tiu Jr., is our catering chef who delights to prepare meals for big celebrations. He learned the art of cooking in Maui, Hawaii and brought the first ever Bubba Gump restaurant here in the Philippines. Later on, he managed Sangkap and made it who it is now.
We exist for more than 17 years now and our dear customers have been a family to us. Sitting at the busy area of Ermita, Sangkap Restaurant has made its way to the Manilenos heart by serving delicious meals without hurting their budget.
