Chef’s Bio-HEF TOM TSE-Mr. Ube Rice & Noodle Haus Executive Chef-Consultant for a decade now. He started his cooking career since 18 years old in Hong Kong as dish washer kitchen helper,asst.cook to head chef. He migrated to the Philippines in early 70’s. He was hired as one of the country’s top food chain as R&D Executive Consultant. After more than 3 decades, he retired and to keep continue doing his passion in cooking, he offer his help in developing Mr.Ube Noodle Haus Menu.
Situated at the Main street of Manila Chiantown, Mr. Ube Rice & Noodle Haus was born in 2006. The idea of putting up this restaurant came from the owner himself Gerry Chua (A.K.A. Mr.Ube) fond of eating noodles. Mr. Ube Noodle Haus is also his very first personal business. The main goal of starting up this restaurant is to acquire an ambulance unit that will be use to serve the indigent. Now on its 16 years, the company continue to serve different flavors of Asian noodles and special dimsums and rice set meal.
