*Design and trained Taiwanese chefs for 2 weeks Filipino promotion
*Prepared and cook the 1st 100lbs. Mayura Wagyu Beef leg in the Philippines that’s been featured in Philippine Tatler
*Won the prestigious MANILA BEST RESTAURANT SECRET (MBKRS), Best fine Dining in Hotel Restaurant Awards 2012, IMPRESSIONS
*Participated in the National Food Showdown 2012 in Modern Chef Category
