*Support and lead the culinary brigade in Grand Hyatt Taipei, Taiwan for 118th Philippines Independence Day Celebration

*Design and trained Taiwanese chefs for 2 weeks Filipino promotion

*Prepared and cook the 1st 100lbs. Mayura Wagyu Beef leg in the Philippines that’s been featured in Philippine Tatler

*Won the prestigious MANILA BEST RESTAURANT SECRET (MBKRS), Best fine Dining in Hotel Restaurant Awards 2012, IMPRESSIONS

*Participated in the National Food Showdown 2012 in Modern Chef Category

*Awarded by Asia Tatler, Philippine Best Restaurant 2012, scoring perfect 10

*Medalist I Philippine Culinary Cup 2012 in Dream Team Category

*Featured as an applicant at QTV channel 11’s reality game show HIRED in search for a CHEF DE PARTIE which aired on January 25, 2009, February 1, 8 & 15, 2009
