Chef’s Bio-Hubert Huey Marcial a.k.a. Chef Huey-Executive Sous Chef, Century Park Hotel, ate the very young age of 28, Chef Huey is the Executive Sous Chef of Century Park Hotel, the second in command next to the Executive Chef. He manages the daily operations of the Kitchen and has mastered the art of concocting dishes specifically for the Hot Kitchen. His creativity allows him to experiment in food styling as well. His expertise in cooking has taken him to pieces and has made the hotel and restaurant rounds as well.
