The creation of the Youth Development and Welfare Bureau which seeks to bring the youth into mainstream of city’s political life, particularly in policy formulation. An office devoted exclusively to their development and welfare, it aims at a progressive and viable partnership with our youth, by harnessing their talents and energies towards a constructive and meaningful participation in city administration.
