Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso and Vice Mayor Doktora Honey Lacuna led the inauguration and lighting activities that was held on the first day of New Year.

“Wherever you are right now, in our own little way, this is our gratitude to each and everyone of you from the City of Manila!” the Mayor added.

Lacuna, who is a doctor by profession, also honored the sacrifices of her fellow medical frontliners this pandemic.

Lacuna said.
