IT IS TIME FOR A LITTLE BIT OF MANILA HISTORY

Did you know that the Tagalog revolt was an act of protest the Spaniards initiated by Rajah Sulayman and the Lakan Dula of Tondo?

They revolted because Miguel Lopez de Legazpi accepted Spanish sovereignty and broke his promise to the two of giving them local authority. The revolt ended the same year with Sulayman’s army trembled and collapsed by the Spanish regime.
The death of Sulayman marked the end of Philippine Independence.
