The Manila City government entered into an agreement with Senti Techlabs Inc. for a streamlined ‘Complaints Triaging Tool’ on Tuesday, February 4 at the Mayor’s Office, Manila City Hall.

Senti is a pioneer artificial intelligence company in the Philippines specialized in digital solutions and consultancy services.

“This will speed up the process and transactions, it will be available on your phone, and you can track it,” Ralph Regalado, the President of Senti Techlabs Inc. said.

Once relaunched, the tool will be accessed through a Google Forms link, which will be compiled and submitted directly to the Office of the Mayor.

“This will make us better in addressing our constituents’ complaints,” Domagoso said.

“We are dedicated in establishing a reliable grievance desk for Manilenos. With this new initiative, the public can rest assured that the Manila Public Information Office will acknowledge, investigate and respond to their concerns efficiently,” Manila City Public Information Officer Julius Leonen said after the MOA signing.
